Terms of use

Keep access to your email and Google account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for making sure invite links reach the intended people.

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, stories, and other content you upload. You give Our Wanderbook the limited permission needed to host, process, resize, organize, and display that content to provide the service.

Only upload content you own or have permission to use. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or malicious material, or use the service to violate another person's privacy.

Group members can edit their group’s trips and manage invitations. A trip contributor can view that trip and add photos and videos, but cannot change its story, itinerary, people, cover, or settings. Shareable pages and invite links should be treated as sensitive. Our Wanderbook is not responsible for actions taken by people you invite.

When deleting your account, you may explicitly ask a surviving shared trip to keep de-attributed display copies of photos and videos you already shared there. If you choose that option, you give the people who can access that trip—and Our Wanderbook only as needed to provide it—continuing permission to keep and display those copies and their captions. Your originals and account link are still removed. You can instead choose complete deletion, which removes everything you contributed.

The service is provided as available. Features may change, and temporary interruptions can occur. We may suspend access needed to protect users, the service, or the law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and liability is limited to the amount you paid for it in the prior twelve months.
